Chicken Drumsticks
Chicken drum sticks its one the most easiest and tasty dish which I can ever think of. I personally like chicken drumsticks and prefer to cook it for any parties at our place as you can prepare huge quantity in very less time and without sacrificing the deliciousness.
Ingredients:
6 chicken drumsticks
For Marinade:
2 tsps of red chili powder(adjust according to taste)
salt to taste
1/2 cup curd
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp chicken tandoori masala (optional I use badshah masala)
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
oil spray or 2 tsps oil
Onion slices and lemon wedges for garnish
Preparation:
- Clean the chicken drumsticks and make slits on it with knife
- Marinade with all the items given under for marinade and refrigerate for atleast 3 hrs for good taste but if you don't have time marinade atleast for 1hr
- Take out from refrigerator atleast 1 hr before cooking.
- Preheat the oven on 300 degrees F .
- Place the chicken drumsticks on aluminium foil placed on the pan and greased with oil spray.
- Spray some oil and place in the oven for 10 mins after that flip the drumsticks and again spray some oil and cook for 10 more mins
- Now turn oven on broil and cook for 15 mins this gives the dark coloring on the drumsticks. Flip once in between.
- You can also use pan instead of oven if you want to.
- Garnish with onions and lemon wedges and serve hot.
